🚨NEWS : Amid mounting speculation surrounding his future, Brazilian forward Richarlison has spoken out to quash rumors of an imminent departure from Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham forward Richarlison has emphatically denied rumors of a potential departure from the club this summer, putting to rest speculation of a move to Brazil or Saudi Arabia.

The 27-year-old Brazilian international took to social media to set the record straight, labeling reports of his discontent and potential transfer as “fake news.”

Richarlison enjoyed a solid campaign under Ange Postecoglou last season, scoring 11 goals and providing four assists in just 18 Premier League starts.

Despite struggling with injuries, including groin surgery and knee and calf issues, he maintained an impressive goal involvement rate of one every 99 minutes.

However, reports in Brazil had suggested Richarlison was unhappy in north London and could be tempted by a move to Vasco da Gama or a lucrative transfer to Saudi Arabia.

The forward has now categorically denied these claims, stating, “I forfeited my vacation and came to work in SP (Sao Paulo) so I could return well and be ready for next season… I have never said I am unhappy at my club, and everything that has been coming out in the media here about negotiations is fake news. I don’t know where they got that from! I won’t leave England next season!”

Richarlison’s commitment to Tottenham is a welcome boost for the club, particularly after his impressive performances last season.

His injury issues, including a calf problem that ruled him out of the final three games and Brazil’s Copa America squad, have not deterred him from focusing on next season’s challenges. In a recent interview with ESPN Brasil,

Richarlison praised Tottenham’s progress under Postecoglou, saying, “We presented a much more dynamic and, let’s say, more elegant and beautiful football than last season… We have evolved, we have evolved a lot, and I believe that.”
