🚨REPORT : Leeds United Pursuing Skilled Championship-Winning Player Earning £40k-p/w

Leeds United is expected to have a busy summer transfer window under Daniel Farke, following their failure to secure promotion to the Premier League.

With several current players attracting interest from top-flight clubs, the Whites may need to find replacements. One player on their radar is Tottenham defender Joe Rodon, who impressed during his loan spell at Elland Road last season. However, Leeds may face competition from Ipswich Town for Rodon’s signature.

According to The Athletic, another Tottenham player, Oliver Skipp, could emerge as a target for Leeds this summer. Skipp struggled for regular minutes under Ange Postecoglou last season, making just five Premier League starts.

Despite this, he managed 21 appearances in the league, with 16 coming from the bench. Skipp’s versatility, having filled in at left-back on occasion, and his impressive training performances, have caught the attention of Postecoglou.

Postecoglou has praised Skipp’s work ethic and training standards, stating that he sets the bar high for the whole group. Although Skipp has failed to establish himself in Tottenham’s first team, he excelled in the Championship during his loan spell at Norwich City in 2020-21.

Leeds may see Skipp as an intriguing option to bolster their midfield, should they need reinforcements this summer. With Tottenham potentially looking to strengthen their midfield, Skipp’s future at the club remains uncertain, making him a potential target for Leeds.
