Leeds United fans booed Patrick Bamford after his performance in the 3-0 defeat to Middlesbrough at Elland Road.
Daniel Farke’s side crashed out of the Carabao Cup in the first round after a heavy defeat against a team they hoped to challenge for promotion later this season.
But the post-match spotlight was on Bamford’s display.
The forward failed to make another impact on the team despite making his first start of the season replacing Mateo Joseph in the side.
Joseph’s strong pre-season form earned him an opening day start in the 3-3 Championship draw with Portsmouth, but the manager has opted for slight rotation in the cup.
But Leeds fans now insist Bamford will never play for the club again after another “disgraceful” performance in charge.

It comes just days after Football Insider revealed that fans were disappointed with the forward’s performance from the bench against Portsmouth.
Anger at Bamford only grew after he played 90 minutes in a 3-0 cup defeat, failing to get a single shot on target, getting just one of six clearances and completing just 11 passes.
After the game, fans flocked to social media to express their anger at his performance, with many calling for him to never play for the club again.
