🚨JUST IN :Leicester City vs Everton injury latest as five ruled out and four doubts, including Patson Daka update

Leicester City face the biggest game of the season so far when they host Everton at the King Power on Saturday.

   Steve Cooper is yet to secure his first Premier League win as Leicester City manager and knows he needs to change at home to Everton this weekend.

   Leicester have two points from four league games, draws against Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace, but Everton are bottom of the table with zero points.

   Cooper needs to start Leicester’s season with a win in front of the Foxes faithful and knows that anything else could encourage the club’s support, even though it is so early in the season.

   There, the Leicester manager has some important decisions to make regarding his starting XI, but he should be lucky to have almost the entire squad to choose from.

   Leicester City without Patson Daka against Everton

   Patson Daka is yet to play this season after picking up an ankle injury in the last pre-season game against RC Lens.

   That injury required surgery and the Zambian striker is expected to be sidelined for some time, but Leicester should be boosted by the inclusion of Odsonne Edouard in the squad for the first time since the centre-forward’s arrival on Deadline Day.

   Edouard arrived on loan from Crystal Palace late on transfer deadline day to play for Aston Villa and was unable to face his parent club as Leicester squandered a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2 at  Palace.

   The only other absentee Cooper has is fourth-choice goalkeeper Jakub Stolarczyk, who wouldn’t have made the team regardless.

   Everton’s round due to injury before Leicester

   Sean Dyche has a lot more reason to worry about injuries as his Everton side’s woes continue.

   The good news for the Toffees is that they should see the trio of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, James Garner and Vitali Mykolenko back after illness kept them out of the Carabao Cup tie against Southampton in midweek.

   James Tarkowski also missed the Southampton game with an ongoing back problem but is likely to play through pain in such a crucial game, while Jarrad Braithwaite will be sidelined after groin surgery this summer.

   Everton have problems at right-back with Nathan Paterson and Seamus Coleman both major doubts, so 39-year-old Ashley Young could start, leaving Stephy Mavididi with a lick to spare.

   It is unclear whether Idrissa Gueye will be involved after missing the Southampton game due to personal issues, but Armando Broja and Youssef Chermiti are certainly out.
