The 20-year-old midfielder came through the youth ranks at Selhurst Park before playing for the U18 and U21 sides.
Crystal Palace sent Morrison out on loan to gain more experience.
He has joined National League side Wealdstone and Stones boss Taylor pointed out that the Eagles loanee dominated the middle of the pitch against Forest Green Rovers last weekend.
Taylor was impressed with Morrison’s performance in his first game away at Selhurst Park and believes the on-loan Crystal Palace star is developing positively.
“I thought Jack Wells-Morrison was outstanding on the ball – he dictated the game,” Taylor said via the South London Press of the Eagles man.
“For a young player like him to be able to do that on his first loan is really positive.”
Morrison will try to impress Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner with his performances at the Stones until the end of the season.
